Margie Harris studied Textiles and Surface Design as a mature student in 2012. Her art is original, unconventional and conveys her slightly eccentric personality. She uses humour alot in her work which is very centred on her kitchen in which she works and draws alot of her inspiration. Recently she has concentrated on designing 'one-off' lampshades. Between November 24th and 25th 2018 her lampshades with complementing her art work were featured at Silwood Gallery, Bildeston, IP77SB, www.a2arts.net

Darren aims to exploit the restrictions of free embroidery to create contemporary one-off images. The 'Ladies & Gentleman' work pictured (textile-covered compact mirrors and badges) is inspired by his collection of 1940s Stitchcraft magazines.
